What can you do for chemically damged hair?

The questions are always the same, how can I go dark to blonde or what can I do if my hair is fried , or help my hair is orange! Not that those are bad but what if your hair dosent look that damaged & dosent feel gross at all ,, but really is from all the die , maybe its just cause I cut my hair every two weeks or I use to , but anyway I want it to be healthier & I want to grow it out ,, but I dont really know how any help?

Well, after dying your hair for so long it starts to damage the hair and it looses it’s natural shine. When your hair is fried to the core, you’re probably just going to have to shave your head and let it grow out again. I’ve had a few friends who are girls do that.

I use to have really damaged hair, and I did a lot of research, and the first thing you want to do is cut off all split ends. So yea your hair will probably be 2” shorter, but it will grow out. My and my friend both use Length and Strength shampoo and conditioner from Garnier, and stoped straightening and dieing our hair. Our hair grew twice as fast. Also, when you first wake up and before you go to bed make sure to scratch your scalp (weird I know) but it awakens your roots, and get lots of vitamin D. Study’s have also showed that if you hang upside down; like headstands or handstands. Hope this helps! I know a few things about health so fun mail me if you have any further questions.
