what can I do to prove it to my parents?

my friend asked a question on this website, about a guy that she likes. she used my account because she didint have one. then later I checked my profile and read the question. my sister looks at my profile and thinks I wrote it. im not aloud to date or anythind so she told my parents. im not doing anything wrong!! I dont like anyone and now my parents dont believe me. they smashed my phone and said they would get me a new one if I proved it wasnt me. I dont want to bring my friend into this or tell on her but I did say it was my friend but how can I prove to my parents it wasnt me without bringigng her into it?? I really neeed your help, all help would be very much appreciated =]
