What can I do to help myself stop playing with myself??

ok, well, I have been addicted to porn for awhile. so now, I have a girlfriend, have had one for a year, and she knows I am. however, she wants me to stop. so I am trying. any thing I can do to help me stop? besides having sex w/ her.

Think about the fact that your girlfriend is asking you to stop. If she is important enough to you, then you’ll stop. If you want her and respect her, you’ll do this for her. (And then, if you keep her happy, you’ll probably get more sex from her in the end, so you’ll be happy too.)

Install an internet blocker on your sources of porn, and have your girlfriend put a password on them. For the touching…just learn to not be in places that give you a chance, and when you are, build up the willpower to get up and leave to somewhere with people.
