what can I do if one plug goes in and the other wont (5/8)?

I just stretched my ears yesterday because my new plugs came in.(its 5/8 by the way) they have no flare so thats not the problem, and its been 4 months since my last stretch, so its not that im doing it too soon either. my right ear is always easier than my left, the plug slid in no problem for my right ear. my left ear on the other hand, the plug wont go in, and im not going to force it in either because thats just stupid. I did use a little pressure cause I usally have to for that ear anyways because its harder to strech. but no matter what this plug wont go in. its the first time I’ve ever had a problem where I couldnt get it in and I’ve been stretching for a long time. about 3 years. I don’t know what to do, and lubrication doesnt help. I just look dumb with one ear bigger than the other.

whatever you do, dont get frustrated and shove it in. I was stupid and did that one . wasnt. good lol the only smart way to do this would be to taper the ear first until it fits. it might look alittle funny having different earings for a while but ittl be worh it
