What can help me drop 2 sizes in clothing?

I need to drop 2 sizes before school starts..I’m tired of being soo curvy. help mee

ok, I dont know how tall you are, but if your tall its better to be ‘curvy’ if your short then its good to be thin if your average, then just be average :D just excercise, like, three times a week and NEVER miss a week because everything you have done will go out the window and eat right but if you drop the 2 sizes, dont keep going you will look sick and you will feel like crap, trust me

Jackyy101 what are you talking about? You shouldn’t stop exercising or eating healthy, this is what keeps you from looking sick. All you need to do is drink a LOT of water because this will clear out the toxins and the excess sodium in your cells and it will stop you from retaining water. exercise a lot, mostly cardio. Do jumping jacks and running or biking. and eat healthy. blueberries are a good detox treat and really healthy. you should have a lot of fruits and veggies because these don’t have excess calories and junk but they make you feel full. Try to have less red meat because that is all fattening.

1)drink a lot of water 2)exercise (cardio) 3)eat healthy

Cut the “white” foods from your diet, Double up on the water and if you have access to a swimmming pool spend 30 minutes or so holding on to the side and paddle,start with 500 and keep woring your way up. I am at 3000. 9 weeks ago I was 28 pounds heavier than I am now. and remember walking works wonders! also stop weighing yoourself, muscle lbs, weigh much more than fat.
