Forever 21 is HEAVEN. it’s SO affordable and everything looks runway. Charlotte Russe is the same Pacsun, I agree is more skater but the stuff is hot Express

Converse are sooo in right now, as well as skinny jeans and vests are in too. Wear converse or maybe gold sandals with a tee. A babydoll or some shirt that you like. If it’s plain just glam it up with some long necklaces and earrings and nice eye makeup. :) good luck!
