What average do you exactly have to have ?
Okay well I’m in grade 10 and last year I took applied math. Bad idea. It was way to easy for me. I was always bored and the teacher didn’t get us to do much. I got a 84% and she recommend that I would take academic. My sister got a 92% and wanted it to switch it to academic and the guidance counsler said that she would have to take 2 week summer school but then said, if she got a 92% then they could just put her in academic and my mom just had to fill out a form. I got a 84% and I really need to switch academic. I made an appt with them so I’m waitng to ask them.
Do you think I’ll be able to just got in academic like my sister got to or I’ll have to take summer school? I really can’t afford doing that because I work all summer..

you should speak to your guidance counselor about it. keep in mind. school first. you have your whole life to work.
uhm well I have to work. I work with my parents and make pretty good money for important things like you know, books and such and clothes, etc.
please don’t act like your way older then me. I’m not stupid.

well its good to know you are getting paid to help your own parents. all I’m saying is, the decision is up to you. you can take your time and finish school eventually. or balance it with work, and do what you have to do. you said you needed to make an appointment. how’d it go?
