What are these bites?
My sister has weird bites on her arms they look kind of like mosquito bites except much bigger and they are all around her arm and she says they itch could they be like the west nile bug thingy help me out what should I do for her
try to cool the rash or bites down. this well stop the itching. you should take her to the doctors. she may need some antibiotics.

On the other hand they might fade away as quickly as they came.
The older you get the more of this stuff you encounter through life - most of the time it is nothing to worry about.
Just keep the situation under observation (and dont scratch the little suckers how ever much they itch ! )
One other thing they might be is bed bugs.

well, you’ll never now, it may be poison ivy. I would get that checked out though.
