What are some good apartments in LAnsing, Michigan?

Me and 2 others are moving out. we are trying to find an apartment for less than 700$ a month and than we can split it, or else one where its individuals but no more than $350 a person.

it has to include everything, like electrictiy, heat, water stuff like that. 3 bedrooms..1 bath, if more it would be better. furnished is optional. close to Lansing Community College. pet friendly.
