What age do you have to be to get emancepated??

I want to know this because… Well my parents have shared parenting cause the are divorsed. My mom is always doing what my step dad tells her and me and my step dad dont get along. When I go to my dads my step mom trys to tell me what to do and my mom and dad both have told her shes not my boss but she doesnt listen and my dad is just becoming a major pauin giving me lechures about my home school. I feeel like I am going to hurt someone or myself somtime when I at these places.

They probably wont give anyone under 16 an emancipation, and those are rare and for very unusual circumstances. You have to prove that you have a place to live, you can take care of yourself, and you can support yourself, and that there is a good reason. Considering that under the age of 18 you’re not likely to be able to financially support yourself (exceptions being if you have a trust fund, or some sort of major career like being an actor etc), and that I dont like my parents is not a good enough reason, you’re not likely to get an emancipation. Consider talking to a school counselor…
