What advice do you have to start your first period?

Im 13 nearly 14 and I still havn’t started my period, but my mum and sister both started when they were 13, all my friends have started so its really embarresing when there always talking about it and I feel left out! I would like any advice on ways to make you start, I’ve already tried drinking green tea. Please help me!:)

That is just one of those things that you have to let happen I started mine at 9 years old nearly ten.

Really though it does not make you any less of of a women when you start and when your older you may find it to be a pain more then anything else having to go buy pads if you run out leaking. It can be a handful some times when life gets busy.

Just wait it out and it will happen my sister was almost 16 before she got hers if that helps

Juss Let Iht Happen Cause Ihts Gonna Happen Soon Or Later . I Was Kinda Scared To Start But Iht Ain’t Bad At All . And Maa Advice Is To Wear A Tampon Cause A Pad Don’t Really Work .
