Period about to start?
I had my first period in july/august of this year and I havent had one since. I just keep getting cramps and it feels like im about to have it, but it doesnt come. Its embarrassing because my tampons always fall out of my backpack and I dont want to carry them around if I dont have to.
So what are some signs that my period is going to start?
It’s always really irregular at first but when I get mine it’s usually in the morning like right when I wake up but if you feel like your guns get it just use a pad the first day because it shouldn’t be that heavy pm the first day
