Plan to get to this weight?

Im five foot 4. I weigh 135 pounds. My gole weight is 117.

I want to know how to get to my gole weight. I need a plan that I can stick to something that can work by jully

hey I dont think you want me to answer this lol but really just watch your cal intake but your bmr is suppose to be 1467 cals a day.. and workout and to loose weight knock off 500 cals and it should work

your bmi is 23.2 that is good.. :) my bmr is 14 and change too so we are bout the same…

BMI is a joke it says I’m like 25% bodyfat whenever I’m around 11% bodyfat…do cardio about 3-6x a week, an hour each session. Do it in the morning with barely anything in your stomach. Don’t eat 4 hours before bed. Make sure breakfast is your biggest meal and dinner is the smallest. Eat plenty of veggies and fruits. You aren’t trying to put on muscle so you don’t have to eat lots of protein or anything. Just make sure you get enough to where you don’t lose muscle mass. Probably around 50g a day or so should keep you at your muscle weight. Make sure you enjoy what you eat and that you are happy. If you stress, you will gain weight. If you try to quit something that you like, you will gain weight.
