How to lose weight in the hips and thighs?

I am 5ft 8” and weigh 65kgs the weight is correct for my height but the problem is I’ve put on so much weight on ma hips and thighs how do I lose this

the same advice I gave someone else… ok let me explain something to you… if you stop eating you will mess up you metabolism and you when you eat again you will just gain some more weight… not to mention that the human body cant go more than a wekk without food or you will DIE… but lets talk about things that you can do… I always had a problem with weight and the only thing that I have found VERY helpful are the tips that I am about to give you… drink tons of water, dont eat junk and you know what I mean by junk… if it looks like its full of calories then 9 out of 10 time it is… stay away from fast food… eat lots of fiber so that you can regulate your system… eat fruits and small veggies for snacks… you will lose more weight if you eat 5 to 6 small meals a day… instead of 3 big ones… because this keeps you metabolism going… and finally stay active… I attend a kick boxing class and I love it and I am about to start a latin areobics class with im sure I’ll love too… but in the end God made you beautiful… it doesnt matter how much you weigh your still gorgeous… just try to stay healthy and starving yourself is not healthy… I hope I helped…

the best thing for the legs is the tread mill or I dont no what its called but you sit down and you but it between your thighs and you squezze in and out go to a gym you can get a lot of answers from the staff their they have places with membership for real cheap like $20.00 a munth well worth it hope this helps.
