YES. Any unwanted sexual conduct is RAPE. That includes sexual innuendo and jokes, any physical contact or harrasment. If it makes her feel uncomfortable she should tell a trusted adult and tell the authorities to prevent if from happening to her - and other women.
I think that you should tell, but i think that u also need to talk to your friend too.
