Do I have to be in the country to be a country girl?

My Hobbies: Photography (mostly of nature) Jetskiing and boating (we collect em) Fishing and big fishing trips Guitar (accoustic) Go carts, I out grew the four wheeler

What I wear on a typical day; Jeans or shorts with one of my many belt buckles and with my boots or flip flops (i have 5 diff pairs of boots <3) Tshirts: Camo usually or just other plain t shirts and I have some jackets that I love that are either flower printed or plain

I listen to all country music!

What do you think? By the way I lived in the country till I was 8 and I have tons of family there.

with all honesty, i don’t see why you can’t be defined as one? but in my opinion i see “country girl” as any ole label to define someone such as “jock”, “prep”, “geek”, “hot shot”, “mama’s boy”….. it isn’t such a cruel label i suppose… but everyone views labels differently.

No, you don’t. Country people are everywhere. They usually have an accent, which make people call them “country”.

YES! :) no labels necessary… cause what defines you is your own personality and that’s way more complex then your outer apparel and hobbies!

yeah you have to be in the country to be a real country girl. It’d be like a southern girl saying she’s a cali girl b/c she likes the same things they do, or a southerner saying they are a yankee when they were born and raised in the south.
