Vitex / Evening Primrose Oil

Has anybody tried Evening Primrose Oil or Vitex to help with TTC? If so, can you tell me if it helped and what you thought about it.

I have been thinking about takin it myself I did a lot of reading on it Vitex and it not harmful @ all and it works and 3 to 6 month so I’ve heard and read!!! google it!!
