Well if you don’t need it don’t take it… there is some speculation it could be bad on your heart. from what i have heard. But basically the advantages… well you well get a hard-on easier if you are having trouble getting one. Well disadvantages could include the following, but not limited to…

* Headache
* facial flushing
* dyspepsia (gastrointestinal disorder)
* urinary tract infection
* diarrhea
* dizziness
* muscle pain (myalgia)
* temporary abnormal color vision

Ofcourse i am not a doctor… so its best for you to see a doctor to see if its right for you, and to see if there is other side effects.
