Is it bad that I can see veins in my hand?

You have thin skin. When your blood pressure or pulse goes up you can see the result through your thin skin. Wearing a tight band hidden up the sleeve will make them pop out, but you can and probably will get nerve damage. Pass out or even lose the arm if you wear it too long. further more i will suggest a to visit a doctor.

It is most likely to be that your hands are extremely warm- it happens to my feet and to my mum’s hands. Are you in a hot place or do you feel warm today? Bathe your hands in some cold water and they may go back down. It is not abnormal for them to do this (veins could rise up to the surface for a number of reasons), so don’t worry.

It is unlikely to be related to your knuckles, as that will affect bone and cartilage raher than veins. It is a good idea to try and stop that habit though, as it hand lead to arthiritis and bone problems in later life if you are not careful and wear them down.

Try not to worry too much, just cool yourself down and see if that helps. If not and it continues for a few more days then see a doctor so you can reassure yourself, it could easily be (and is likely to be) something perfectly normal though.

I do not think it is a problem, my veins show in my hand, it is due to lower body fat. After a good workout I can also see the veins in my arms, I would not worry about it, also popping your knuckles will not cause this.
