how do i unlock a blackberry.........so i turn on the blackberry and its loading up but thats all it do its stays like that allday how can i go to the main

screen???

Is the little black clock thing spinning? If so, it’s trying to update. A lot of times with BlackBerries, you have to take out the battery for a few minutes and put it back in. This sort of resets the system and helps it think properly again. I actually do that for my Storm once a week, and I usually don’t have problems. Beyond that, check to see if you have the most recent update installed. If so, you can always call 1800-2-JOIN-IN (1800-256-4646) for customer service.
