Unhealthy Weight Gain ;; Prevent Belly Fat From Jiggling

I weighed in this morning at 8:23 am at 154.7 Ibs. I weighed myself at 8:34 pm and I weighed 159 Ibs. That a lot of weight gained in a day, so I took a quick run, but it was so uncomfortable, my fat belly kept jiggling, so it was a short run. Unfortunatly, I didn’t loose a single ounce. Anybody have suggestions on making your fat jiggle less when you run? It hurts really bad…

besides its water weight your seeing there you can lose/gain 14 pounds in a day in extreme cases but yes your body weighs less in the morning because it fasts when your asleep and as you eat the weight comes back, one tip throw away your scale or lock it up only weigh in once a month

You are always going to weigh more at night than in the morning - it’s normal to waiver between a few pounds depending on how much you eat throughout the day.

I think weighing yourself twice a day like that kind of borders on obsessive…stick to the morning weight - that’s the most accurate.
