Uncomfortable around my prissy aunt

hi.. well I have an Aunt who really makes me uncomfortable being around her. and she doesnt even do anything, she just makes me feel like I am doing the wrong things all the time. when im really not. so I dont know how I should feel more comfortable around her? and like how could I start a conversation with her? and like what are some good topics? thanks so much help asap she is coming on friday 2 days from now!!!

I had a stepmom like that. she was the pretty lady who new all the latest trends and I was the tomboy bookworm for my birthday she gave me acne cream! than told me my wardrobe was out of trend and insisted on taking me shopping and buying these horrendous skirts!!! I know it may sound nice to be looking out for my best interests but its not me!

if you despereately want to be in her good books to foster a nice relationship, find things that she likes and try to do them with her? but I found that relationship-fostering shopping trip just made me become a different person that I didint like.

my uncle is just a social weirdo. it has been given up by all my family ever trying to get on good terms with him, excluding xmas when he gets drunk and acts “normal”
