its not very painful you get more worked up about it than its worth..its more uncomfortable a few days after when you eat and stuff just gotta make sure it stays clean and all will be good..and I agree with pwincezz its about a 3.
yea it isnt [ainful until maybe when you try to eat. it can be irritating around the pierced area. other than that you’ll feel silly when you’re trying to eat

I’d say a zero. I didn’t feel a thing. Mine didn’t swell at all either. I sucked on ice for like3 hours afterwards and I was fine. I did have to re-learn how to eat though. Its hurts when you bite it.
