Tips on how to stop hurting myself

Hay there. This is what i have to say; Im going to admit, there is no easy way through this… Ive been there. But what ive found is best, is spending as much time with your friends as possble or maybe take up a sport or realy time consuming hoby… Its alwase good to take a break and relax… Judging by your pic, I can tell you im not ugly, and I know ugly! (from southwest england!) And sure your good enough for other people… Hell! The fact your brave enough to come up here and talk about your problems shows your better then a damn site more people who just hide away from it and grow bitter from it… Your friends will support you, and if they dont, you will alwase find a way to servive… When you show spirit, you alwase find a way. I say that you get rid of him as fast as u can! i agree with paigeipoo, you don’t need to lower your self down to his level. and you seriously shouldn’t cut your self. i’m 13 also, and i’ve realized that guys that treat you like that, don’t deserve and girl. well, hope i helped! write me if u need some more help

im 20 years old and I use to cut for the same reason.. and many more. I didn’t think I was so pretty and I thought I was worthless.. but you know what. in the end when you think about it, that guy really isn’t worth it! I was raped at 16 and had a miscarriage, I wanted to cut but 2 months later I found the love of my life. so I think you should listen to some kind of music that makes you feel better, write everything down and burn it ( great feeling) or something like that! it’ll get better I promise
