Thighs are like jelly

my thyes are horrible, there like jelly but theyre still, I just want to tone them up. Any ideas? btw cant join a gym.

I started running and fell in love with the new muscles that popped up! Try jogging/running and do a few leg exercises, most can be googled! :)

why dont you walk daily or you can also go joging that helps take an 1 hour walk every day and / or run …

you dont need to join a gym to exercise, do some simple exercises at home regularly, at least everyday 10 mins is enough, in a month you will see a difference, and eat healthy. :)

yea same here, im plannin this summer to excersise because I cant join a gym too! just like maybe buy or order from the library or something workout dvds. one of my favs are hiphop abs: hips buns and thights… crunch, and more! you ocan also jump rope everyday for about 30 min or tredmill.. see if you have any eqiupments at home.. use it!! hah well mmm I don’t know there are a lot any thing nad everything can tone them all you need is endurance, patience and do it EVERYDAY hope I helped:)
