Thigh disaster

I am 4”11 and weigh 93 lbs I am the flyer on my cheer leading squad and need to weigh an the most 88 lbs please help me come up with excersizes to loose weight. And my thighs are really huge and its really emberrassing ! Do you know any good thigh excersizes! Please help me! Thanks

Squats are a really great way of getting rid of fat on thighs. we do them all the time at volleyball practice. ANd for losing weight, eat healthier, and go on a 1000 calorie a day diet. that should work. hope I helped :)

You can TONE your thighs more with “thigh exercises,” but the only way to get rid of extra flab is cardio. I would say to do more running/jogging.
