That doesn't help

This is the thing he liked me and I think he still does.its the way he looks at me when I see him he always looks at me its like he can’t look at another girl its always me.in 2007-2008 it was the same thing my friends say that he still likes me but hes with her because he thinks I don’t like him.I know it dum of me not to tell him then but I didn’t know what to say and now I don’t have him I don’t know what to do.this may sound dum but I need to do something because it is hurting me.so is there anyone that can help me?

you are going to need to tell him. suck it up. take a risk. just tell him you still have feeling for him/like him. you cant just let this slide. you are regreting every minute of not telling him, why would you wanna regret even more. you need to tell him before he does get more over you and falls for that girl/any other girl. you cant just let a moment like this slide. like a said suck it up and just tell him. or else your just going to keep hurting. if its easier you should call him on the phone, write him a note and tell him you need to talk to him abut something imporant, or ask if he can meet you somewhere private. but it doesnt matter how you tell him, you just gotta tell him.
