Is testicular cancer curable without having to remove one?

so 8 days ago I noticed I had I small ball in my right testicle n I squeeze it a little n I get a pain in that area all the way up to my lower ab. Could it be cancer it’s not on the skin of my sac I have to go in to find it it’s next to my testicle I’m actually pretty scared but idk what to do because I can’t afford it to be cancer my dad has no money for treatmeants or any thing nd I don’t got health insurance can it be something else I haven’t had sex so it can’t be anything related. I’m frightened so please help me!!..

Probably not. Just follow what the doctors tell you or get a second opinion.

At least is only one! You will be fine with just one. Be grateful it has not spread to the other testicle or any other parts.

Firstly go see a doctor, you need to find out what it is. It could be a lot of things including late puberty, which could make things feel different or something similar. Cancer is really not one of the things you should self diagnose and it might not be cancer in anyways. but you NEED to tell your dad, leaving it could mean that the problem (if it is one) might become worse and cause even more money.
