How to test low pressure and high pressure cut out in a refer compressor?

There is a valve that can be adjusted to make it cut off when the Tank is Full and kick in when the pressure in the tank is low. This should be adjusted by the factory or by a competent person as it falls in the Category of DOT or what ever factory inspectorate governs Pressure vessels is in your Country. It should be tested every year to see if the compressor cuts in and out properly and to ensure that all relieve valves pop at the correct pressure.
