Does the term "Achievement Motivation Learning" make sense, or is there any other proper term?

We are going to hold a small seminar for students to give them motivation.

It is for students of 6th grade (11 and 12 years old) so we would rather pick the simple one. Thank you for the ideas :-)

it sounds like it lacks a few words. try “Achievement is a motivation for learning”. :D Really simple sentence. And it’s appropriate for 6th graders.
