Why can't I edit my personal information?
So yeah- I still can’t edit my personal info and have been trying like every hour for weeks. At first I thought it was just my computer or internet connection, but now a friend of mine is having the same problem. Could it be a problem with our area? I don’t know- does anyone else have the same problem?
Basically as soon as I confirm my info, a message pops ups saying something like ‘sorry we’re having problems’ and a video about a dog using a toilet comes up. Its really annoying!!!

Can you be more specific? Do you get an error? And if so, what is it?
I haven’t heard anything about this until now. I’ll contact the programmers about it :)
