Why does my profile do this?

Every time I go 2 edit my profile and click on edit my personal information it goes 2 it 4 like 3 seconds then goes to this page that says Internet explorer cannot display the web page…y does it do this?

its souns like maybe your internet has a problem loading some pages it does it to me now and then
