Here is depends how big of a tattoo you want- for the price. And you have to be 18 to get one.

Depends on the state and tattoo parlor. I got mine done in a shop in Connecticut when I was 15 with parental consent. To get one without a parent or guardian, you have to be 18.

The price of tattoos varies by the complexity, size, and colors you want. Generally, designs with more line work are more expensive, and those with color as well. The cheapest I have were the ones I got on my wrists. They’re about an inch and a half, just black ink, ran me for $55 each (plus tip).
