Why is it every Sunday I get a migraine?

I am laid out all Sunday cuz of it. Cant take my excedrine migraine becuz im pregnant lol. It is the only thing that works

FWIW, There used to be a mall that would trigger my migraines every time I went in. There is an electronic store in Fort Worth that does the same thing. Every time I went in bam! a migraine. No idea if it is one of their cleaning chemicals, something about the building or lights, etc. but that store always triggers a migraine. Is there anything you do on Sundays that you don’t do the rest of the week? If there is than that is probably one of your triggers.

Try changing your Sunday routine, you may be doing something different on Sundays that causes you to have migraines. It also may be a matter of when your body gives in to stress from the week. Try taking it easier throughout your entire week.

Well i sleep more. I am lazier. I am not using my brain like i do at work. Probably what it is

I’ve been in Texas for 30 odd years (and some have been very odd). I grew up in Michigan though. Anyway, migraines can be triggered by hormone levels (especially in women since y’all’s fluctuate more than ours). Pregnancy can change your pattern. For some women migraines disappear completely while pregnant while for others they worsen. Hard to say what your Sunday trigger is. You might try changing your routine to see if you can find the variable. Good luck, and congratulations!
