Getting sick every month?

My little brother is six years old. About once a month he gets sick were he throws up. What do you think this could be?

its really hard to tell going to the doctor would be the best bet he could also be allergic to food that hes eaten…like gluten or soemthing the doctpor should be able to tell you whats wrong with him though
