im 16 and im trying to lose weight and I was just wondering about some of the ways others lost weights can you give me some suggestions

eat a handful of almonds before every meal. it will make you fuller faster. be active 45 min to an hour every day. instead of watchin tv or bein inside go do somethin like swimming.

eat healthy and stay active. you don’t need all those diet plans and BS. just be an active person and take care of your body

im 19 and I also is tryn to lose weight baby weight shud I say that I have been holding on to since I had my son almost 3yrs ago..lol..but I have been cutting my meals in half and eating better I also have been walking everyday 2-3 miles and I tell you I felt it the first couple of days..I felt it not only in my legs but my sides and arms..so dont give up and goodluck…
