im 46yrs old,been eating healthy,my weight loss seems to have stuck at 11stone 2lb,why?
I'm 47 and its happened to me, been the same weight now for 2 years... even with exercise and sensible dieting it won't shift... if I put on weight I can lose it but can't seem to get below 12st 2lb... I think that a woman's fat changes after the age of 40 and it becomes harder to lose... if it ain't bad enough that we're heading for menopause, hair growing in places it didn't grow before and now we got this weight that won't shift... God def is a man you know lol
try like walking every morning and doing something extra that makes you work.
or theres this diet that actually helps its called the 3hour diet. you eat every 3 hours.
breakfast-400 cal.
snack- 100 cal.
lunch-400 cal.
snack-100 cal.
dinner-400 cal.
treat- 50 cal.
try it.
i lost 5lbs in 2weeks.
do extra stuff. Maybe your body has gotten used to what u are doing and is maintaing. o, i have no clue
