Stronger Finger Nails
How can I make my finger nails stronger, because I have been growing them and they keep on chipping, breaking and peeling and are very weak.
get some folic acid. it is great for hair growth and strong fingernails and is extremely cheap as well.
Also use a clear nail polish to strengthen your nails. Sally Hanson has quite a few excellent products on the market.
massag them with cream or oliv oil at night before sleeping.
Try increasing your calcium intake. They should grow stronger eventually :)
