Strands falling out, coarse patch of hair from swimming?

I have noticed in the past month, there is a section of hair near the nape of my neck that is more coarse than it use to be. I swim often at the gym pool, and have been using conditioner almost all the time. I used to need a clarifying shampoo before I started swimming, and only used conditioner once or twice a week. What can I do to fix the coarseness patch and stop my hair from falling out.

go to a hair salon and they should have shampoo and conditioner that helps repair damage hair from pool water

but before you do, ask them if thats the problems
