I’d like to know where in PHILADELPHIA, I can find a nice and PROFESSIONAL salon that offers specifically strand by strand hair fusions. I have been searching for days for a salon that offers pics and accurate pricing. I am really afraid that I’ll get it done by the wrong person and it will fall out. Please give me some good advice on where to find this service.
