What can I do so I don't stink before going to bed without having to shower?

I take a shower everyday after I wake up, not before I go to sleep, and I don’t stink. As long as you have taken a shower once a day, then it’s fine. If you work at place where it is hot or you handle heavy machinery, then I do suggest taking a shower after. You can change clothes so you would not stink as much, but I can’t guarantee 100% effectiveness.

It’s because I need help that why I would rather not shower before bed I have 2 a week cause I need help

Well you can always use a hand towel, wet it and clean your body that way instead of using a shower. Then after use oils or lotions (whichever you prefer) to cover up.

You could maybe try to avoid heat and physical labor. And there are some natural things that will reduce your perspiration. Sage (salvia) tea will reduce sweat production. And alum on your skin also will reduce sweat if you do not have sensitive skin.

Yet there are other things, other than sweat that make people smell. :-/

ohhh, why not try having someone help you? you can have someone sponge bath you or if your well enough you can. just take a bucket/container fill it with soapy water dip a wash cloth in it and get the parts you can and then dry off with a towel, that should help :)
