Is this spam mail, virus, etc?

I received a short weird email from a certain email address. The address looks valid enough, actually. But i dont know who that is.

When i clicked on mail details, it was mailed by p3slhssl14.shr.phx3.secureserver.net

what could this be? :s

It’s spam, if it was a virus, you would be getting a load of crap on your computer that you never installed, as well as a load of pop ups.

I’ve been through it.
