Do you think the Southern U.S is better than the Northeast just because it's a slower pace?

Answer #1

I think the North and South are equally as good as each other.

Answer #2

It depends on what you like. I live in the south in Louisiana. Its better for me personally because i enjoy how simple it is down here. I love that there is still land, trees, forest, swamps, and nature. I enjoy that things are slower paced and could not even imagine living in a big city with the noise, with taxi cabs, etc. It all depends on the person though, while i love it here, some people would find it boring and too slow paced and miss the city.

Answer #3

I agree that it depends on personal preference. I was born in the city and I don’t think I could handle moving to a small town. Big cities do have their problems, but they also have convenience, resources…and stuff to actually do.

Answer #4

Who says that the northeast is always fast-paced hustle and bustle? The biggest cities we have around here are New York and Boston, the rest of the area yeah there are cities here and there, but they are just like any other smaller cities in the south. There are plenty of towns around where I live that are “slower pace”.

Answer #5

You’re presuming slower is better?
