Someone tried breaking in!

Call the cops! Maybe there has been a rash of break-ins in your area, and they need the report to guess where the guy will strike next and then they can catch him!

Hi Meqster,even if he/she didnt actually break in to your house it was an attempted break in and as such ,is an offence, it’s not too late to call the poliice, they will inspect your property and give advice on protection, and quite possibly take fingerprints if they are still there. If you’re worried about it happening again after securing all locks, think about investing in a panic alarm that will alert nearby police station/patrol car, or maybe a Doberman , anything with teeth that barks. That’s happened to me before. Make sure everything is locked. All the doors and the windows any doors to your backyard whatever.

Dont make any noises and try to keep quiet.

Call some one you know and let them know of what happened and ask them if they can come over or drive by to make sure things look clear.

If they try and break in again I suggest you call the police immediately.

Call the Police so they can search the neighborhood - he may be a danger to someone else !

Find him and beat him up!!

911 He could return. Tell your parents, also.
