Smoking addiction

I’ve been smoking for a while but no regularly. Recently I’ve started to smoke more because when I do if feels good. I used to have one or two at random parties but now I have them more like 2 twice a week. I dont want to become addicted but it jsut feels right when I have them and I kinda enjoy it. Im 17 and im scared that I wont be able to stop now…what can I do? Any suggestions would be helpful but I dont want my parents to know as they are strictly against smokng.

you need to find some way of gradually decreasing the amount you smoke each day/week. you could do somthing like set yourself a target each day/week and make it smaller every day/week. so say if you smoked 20 a week hen you could make a target of 15 in a week, then decrease it to 10, then 5, thn 0 :)
