What are small animals to have as pets?

Well, there are a lot of small pets. Hamsters, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards, rats, mice, rabbits, chinchillas, spiders, scorpions, ferrets, gerbils, sugar gliders, hedgehogs, fish… But, out of the two you listed, it really depends on your personal preference. If you want a small pet that you don’t have to stare at when it’s out of the cage, then a bunny would be better. However, a bunny would probably cost you more money in the long run. Both are cute and make good pets, just do the research and find out which one suits your lifestyle best.

i honostly would say a rabbit is better than mice only because im scared of them!! haha

Bunnies are better, rats kinda stink and just make a little too much noise. You can get hamsters, ferrets, turtles, and guinie pigs, those are the cute ones, although some of those might have strong odor. But if you want to choose between a mice and bunny, I would choose the bunny, but then again is up to you.

I think bunnies are super cute I had a pet rat once, never a mouse. I think Rats are more interactive. They will sit on your shoulder and let you hold them, where as mice are almost too tiny and they run fast. Bunnies are kinda sketchy if they arent handled there whole lives. SO it depends on if you want a cuddly pet or a pet to look at
