Don’t listen to Lemons please, don’t starve yourself. Trust me, it will do you no good. Instead, hard work and dedication. Eat healthy, no more junk food, no more greasy, oily foods, more veggies and fruits. Work out! Work out often, it’s hard at first but will get easier.

Proper eating and exercise. When I say exercise I don’t mean cardio, cause I don’t think there is anyone in the world who actually enjoys running(except this one girl I know but she weird anyway haha), and when I say eat properly I don’t mean starve yourself, the opposite actually.

If you want to cut down on your stomach(mid section) you want your metabolism to increase, because that is what helps your body breakdown food into energy. So you can increase metabolism by eating small, healthy, meals throughout the day. Also, not sure if this is true or not, but I’ve heard spicy foods can helps speed up metabolism. So if you cook try adding in some hot sauce, cayenne peppers, or paprika into your foods(I just started doing this because I want to cut down on my stomach a little do, plus I love spicy food sooo).

Also, when it comes to exercise, just be active. When it comes to taking the stairs or taking the elevator, take the stairs. When it comes to taking a bus to get somewhere in 2 min vs. a 15 min walk, walk it(unless your running late). Also, not sure how true this is but I’ve heard that if you walk for about an hour a day it burns the calories an average person eats throughout the day, thus losing weight.
