Should I Be More Mad?

so today was my friends soccer game and I always make sure and go because he sits the bench and all so I want to be there for moral support. now I understand he was mad because he didn’t get to play but when I said hi to him he just glared at me and then looked away. ok, my feelings were hurt but I wasn’t mad at him. well I was but not to the point of not speaking to him or anything. its just I am really busy but I always make sure to go out of my way for him and he acts like it is nothing! we have been friends for over ten years, I would like I would be treated better than a casual glace. so my question is… should I be mad at him and not talk to him? would that help to prove my point?

nah, don’t get mad and not talk. ignoring people in this type of situation is not a way to get what you want. just put it behind you and let it go, I’m sure he was just a little angry because he didn’t get to play.
