they usually cant becausd the hymen is commonly borken b many other things long before a girl has sex for the first time (sports, tampons, fingers, sex toys, ect) somegirls are even born without one if you had an sti/std or were pregnant then theyd suspect you had sex but they cant tell just from your hymen not being there because most girls have broken before they have sex for the first time
