in what way not the same, do you mean your sex life or the feeling of it. my first son that is nealy 4, i had problems giving birth to him, in the end they had to do that hover thing that sucks it out, i never went back to my normal self after that and proble never will. i dont have big problems with it but i know that im not the same it bothers me a bit
